Essay

Dissertation is devoted to scientific grounding of the principles and systemic decisions for energy saving and ecologically safe milk production technology development. New volumetric-planning and technological solutions of livestock houses made of easy-to-assemble constructions designated for keeping cows, young animals, maternity house that enabled to optimize the parameters of microclimate. Positive influence of such construction on behavior and adaptive ability of cows of domestic and foreign breeding was experimentally defined. Theoretical theses concerning adaptability of cows under the intensive technology conditions of production were expanded. Diets composition, mixed fodder recipes and humid forage mix structures for uniform feeding of highly productive cows during a year were developed and their effect on productivity was studied. The thesis about expediency of the "Паралель" (Parallel) type milking unit using at the farms with 1 000 cows and more has acquired further development. High efficiency of biogas plant for processing of milk farms' wastes is established, in particular biogas output, its composition, organic fertilizers quality is researched, their disinfection level according to indices of bacterial dissemination, weeds seeds germination and level of organic matter degradation is defined. Energy expenditures for separate technological operations are researched and energy balance of milk production biological complex is calculated. Modern milk production technology, which provides cows productivity at 7-8 thousands kg of milk for the lactation period, labor expenditures for production of 100 kg of milk - 1,0-2,0 man-hours, efficiency of its production - 150-160 %, is developed.
