Essay

The problem of training a future music teacher for the work with music instrumental pupil groups is researched. The regularity of this process is revealed and its pedagogical grounds are scientifically proved. Methodological principles of the process are analyzed. Such scientific approaches as synergetic, valuable, competent are determined. Their implementation ensures the success in training students for the work with pupil orchestras and instrumental ensembles. The matter of work of future music teacher with music instrumental pupil groups is systematized. Basic methods of this work are determined. The activity structure and competent model of music teacher as a conductor of music instrumental pupil group is designed. The criteria, characteristics and levels of formation within students their orchestra-and-methodological competence are defined. The effectiveness of elaborated organization and methodological system of training a future music teacher for the work with music instrumental pupil groups is checked experimentally. The expediency of determined scientific approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, forms, methods and means of training students for this kind of professional activity is proved.
