Chentukov Y. Strategies of development of large industrial complexes in the conditions of global transformations

The object of research is the system of formation of development policies of large industrial complexes in the context of global transformations on the basis of determining the conditions of their adaptation to differential changes in the environment with regard to the internal organizational capabilities. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological principles of management of the strategic development of economic structures in the context of globalization and on this basis - an integrated scientific conception of development strategy of large industrial complexes in the context of global transformations. Methods: the method of dialectical knowledge, the method of system-structural analysis, induction and deduction, the method of establishing a cause-effect relationships, etc. Theoretical results: enclosed in a conceptual problem solving strategies for the formation of large industrial complexes in the world economic space and improve the system of theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of integrated economic structures in the context of global transformations. Practical results: the conclusions and practical recommendations of the thesis constitute the scientific basis for developing a national strategy for development of large industrial complexes, taking into account the impact of globalization. Scientific novelty: concluded that the emergence of a new type of global factors of production - biotehnotronnyh; proposed sequence of development of innovation-oriented strategy of the integrated structure, improved: concepts and research strategies of categories of industrial development of "industrial policy" and "the state industrial policy", developed a structural scheme the choice of alternatives strategies of economic structures, designed aggregated typology of conceptual approaches to integrating business processes, have been developed: the theoretical and methodological foundations of industrial clustering, namely a definition of cluster, organizational and economic mechanism of activation of the integration activities in the mining and metallurgical complex.
