The dissertation is a research of an integral philosophical and educational paradigm of the linguistic picture of the world, which represents tendencies and priority ways of forming of this picture as a representative| of worldview and vital values of a personality by means of education and upbringing. In the dissertation work the efficiency of subject-subject educational and upbringing paradigm in the making of the linguistic picture of the world is grounded; its formation peculiarity as a factor of the young generation national identity maintenance under the conditions of globalization is illustrated.
