Krasnov V. Development of the system of information reflection of knowledge transfer processes in postgraduate medical education

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improving the quality of knowledge transfer in postgraduate medical education through the development of complex of methods, models and algorithms for building the system of processes information reflection of knowledge broadcast procedural type, based on a single ontological models. Study allowed building new methods, models and algorithms that have proved their effectiveness in the process of knowledge broadcasting using electronic textbooks. A methodology of building the ontological structure of diagnostic and therapeutic knowledge, based on the process approach and structure of professional knowledge, have been developed. This methodology ensures the maximum homomorphism of cognitive models in the object domain of expert and listener. The methodology for decomposition of medical knowledge that allows building the structure of the educational content with higher quality of displaying the content has been grounded. Algorithms for building the electronic textbooks for knowledge transfer in postgraduate medical education have been developed on the basis of ontological structures, which enable to ensure standardization of content and improve the quality of knowledge perception. Theoretical and practical research results were brought to the level of implementation in higher medical educational institutions of Ukraine, as well as in postgraduate education and training. Practical recommendations related to the development of electronic systems of knowledge transfer, were proposed.
