Jatcenko A. State regulation of investment and innovation activity in Ukraine in the context of international migration of capital

The thesis is devoted to issues of complex management, methodological development, theoretical and practical studies of the process of activizing investment-innovation activity in national economy. The definition of investment-innovation activity has been formulated by author; scientific-methodological basis for its multi-level analysis have been developed; basic tendencies of national economy development have been determined; the world experience of investment activization and national innovation systems formation has been investigated in the paper. Conceptual fundamentals of investment-innovation activity development have been worked out; the structure of adaptive system of investment-innovation complex management has been grounded; conditions of formation of national innovation system have been defined.
