Vovk V. Bank competitiveness strategical management: concept and methodology

Object of research: economic relations that appear in the organizational process of competitive ability strategic management of a bank and are stipulated by necessity of realization of its tasks in conditions of uncertainty of the competitive market. The aim of the thesis research: forming of the theory-methodological basis and argumentation of methodological statements and practical recommendations concerning the improvement of competitive ability strategic management of a bank. Research methods: scientific abstraction, synthesis, logical generalization, induction and deduction, graphic and economic-mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty: for the first time, a conception of competitive ability strategic management of a bank has been developed, the necessity of providing the integration of banking competitive ability strategic management system to the general banking strategic management system has been proved, theoretical basis of qualitative forecasting of banking products and services price change tendencies has been developed, statements of the integrated approach to minimization of the domestic banks' risks in the background of the world financial markets conjuncture worsening have been grounded; the bank competitiveness diagnosing parameters, the approach to competing banks' activity estimation, the scientific-methodical approach to working out and selection of competitive strategy, the conceptual basis of the information support for managerial decisions have been improved.
