The dissertation is devoted a decrease problem frequencies infringements reproductive function and gestational complications у women with various forms genital endometriosis at the expense of working out and introduction of the differentiated campaign to diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions taking into account type immunoreactivation. We studided new links of patogenesise various forms genital endometriosis on a basis correlation interrelations at system and local level, changes cytokines status and the maintenance sexual and steroid hormones , and also interrelations between clinical, ehografical, immunological, endocrinological and haemodynamic infringements depending on type of immunoreactivation. The type role of immunoreactivation in genesise female barreness and working out of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions is shown. We have shown comparative aspects immunological and endocrinological changes depending on type of immunoreactivation. The basic changes of system and local immunity at development of female barreness are estimated at various forms genital endometriosis. It is shown influence of various forms genital endometriosis on a clinical current of pregnancy, sorts, a condition of newborns and a functional condition fetoplacental complex at the subsequent gestation. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions, directed on decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive function and gestational complications At patients with various forms genital endometriosis.
