Morozov O. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of the ecological and agro-ameliorative monitoring of irrigated lands

The object of researches is the processes of spatial and temporal changeability of the state and stability of the irrigated earths for organization of the geoinformations system of the ecological and agro-ameliorative monitoring. The purpose of researches is development of scientific-methodological ground of organization and introduction of the ecological and agro-ameliorative monitoring of the irrigated and adjoining to them earths on principles of systems approach and application of ГИС-technologies for the rise of efficiency of the use of the irrigated earths in the South region of Ukraine. Methods of researches - systems analysis and approach; the field; laboratory; mathematic-statistical; computation-comparative. Results of researches - For a theory: The got results provide the decision of scientific problem of rise of efficiency of the use of the irrigated earths by perfection of monitoring researches. At a new theory-methodological and practical level cause-effect communications of anthropogenic transformation of the ecological and agro-ameliorative state, stability and efficiency of the use of the irrigated and adjoining to them earths are described; basic ways and methods of management are formulated by them. For practice: the applied bases of organization, conduct and improvement of the ecological and agro-ameliorative monitoring are developed; factors which affect forming of the ecological and agro-ameliorative state of the irrigated earths are definite; creation of geoinformation data-base monitoring, how bases are for construction of the geospatial systems of support of administrative decisions in the conditions of irrigation; recommendations in relation to the rise of fertility and firmness of the irrigated soils are developed, guards of environment. The practical value of results of researches which are used in the economies of the South region of Ukraine is confirmed by experienced and spatial verification.
