Pavlenko Y. Organizational-methodological foundations for development of scientifically-methodical maintenance in preparation of national teams to the Olympic Games

The work is devoted to the actual problem of improving the scientifically-methodical maintenance of athletes' preparation to Olympic sports. There is analyzed a formation of scientifically-methodical maintenance in the former socialist camp. The work determines the current trends of scientifically-methodical maintenance. There is revealed the historical continuity of organizational and methodological foundations of scientifically-methodical maintenance in preparation of national teams to the Olympic Games. There is elaborated a conceptual model of scientifically-methodical maintenance in preparation of national teams to the Olympic Games, which contains three groups of factors: those that form the scientific and methodical support, the implementation factors, and the factors influencing the scientifically-methodical service. The work presents an integrated system of organisation, functioning and developments of national infrastructure of scientifically-methodical maintenance. There are substantiated actual directions in developing the system of scientifically-methodical maintenance in preparation of national teams of Ukraine to the Olympic Games.
