Bykov O. Constitutional and Legal Regulation of Relations in the Sphere of Realization of the Right for Freedom of Religion in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to research of the theoretical and the practical issues of the constitutional and legal regulation of relations in the sphere of realization of the right for freedom of religion in Ukraine. The writer of a thesis presented the author’s definition of the notion “freedom of religion”. The author also expanded the methodological grounds of the research, analyzed content, types and legal means of protection of the right for freedom of religion. The paper defined correlation between the categories “freedom of conscience” and “freedom of religion”, as well as analyzed the constitutional and the juridical guarantees for realization of the right for freedom of religion. The author substantiated separation in the sphere of realization of the right for freedom of religion of the levels and the groups (the systems) of the normative acts, which regulated the mentioned relations.
