Puchkov A. The Poetics of the Ancient Architecture

The purpose of the research is to uncover social, cultural, philosophic and aesthetic nature and essence of the architecture of the Antiquity period. The goal is to expose the significance of the proposed as a working hypothesis method, which is defined as a principle of the artistic and plastic corporality as a specific form of implementation of the intellectual action results, Antiquity humanity, in the material architectural and ideal sense. The aims of the investigation are to justify the possibility of the application of such literature notion as «poetics» within the field of the architecture studies, and, particularly in the studies of the Ancient world architecture.
