Dissertation is devoted to the problem of psychology of development of creative competence of future teachers in the conditions of educational process. The new conceptual approach for consideration of psychological essence and problems of creative competence is submitted, the main tendencies, psychological conditions and methods of development of creative competence of future teachers are studied, the conception of development of creative competence of future teachers is created, the model of development of creative competence of future teachers is developed; the program of its realization in specially formed educational environment of higher and general educational establishment is defined.
