Research object: institutional architectonics of the social-economic system. Article of research: mechanism of institutional co-operation within the framework of the social-economic system providing efficiency of economy and dynamism of development. Research goal: development of theoretical-methodological bases of study of institutional complementarity. Methods of research: comparative, dialectical, есonomertrics, economical and statistical, ethnomertric, factoral, functional, graphic, historical and economical, qualitative, quantitative, structural, systematic analyses. Results, novelty: 1. Conception of institutional complementarity of the socio-economic system is worked out. 2. Contents of structural and functional components of institutional complementarity is exposed. 3. The elements of institutional architectonics of the economic system as a hierarchy of grounds are presented. Its nano-, micro-, meso-, macro- and mega-economics levels are presented and distinguished. 4. Connection between the specific of the institutional mode of the socio-economic systems and valued principles of national cultures of management is explained. 5. An idea about flowing of institutional transformations in post-transitional economies under act of complementarity of institutes, complementary intercommunication between the mode of households, priority values and features of the institutional system, understanding of maintenance of the complementarity opinion near the analysis of institutional device of the socio-economic systems, trust as special component architectonics of the institutional systems is improved. 6. Description of basic types of institutional co-operation, ideas about the measure of institutional complementarity, understanding of institutional nature of money, ground of economic sense of concept "Invisible hand" got out further development.
