The thesis is devoted to the study of psychological foundations of becoming of the subject of self-development in adolescence. Studied theoretical approaches to the problem of self-development in the sciences of man, deepened and clarified of categories, the contents and essence of the psychological concepts of "self-development of personality", "subject of self-development. It was found essential characteristics, the levels of the organization, as the subjective criteria of self-development activities, socio-psychological factors and patterns of becoming the subject of self-development. In the theoretical model of self-development identity as structural components of the system are considered: the potential of self-development identity, his psychological resources, motivational and volitional regulators. Methodical approaches and methods for studying the characteristics and factors of becoming of the subject of self-development in adolescence, based on a study of content-efficient, individual style, functional and dynamic characteristics of self-development. The author 'concept of self-development formation of the subject in the practice of psychological correction, determined the content of psychological support self-development; the parameters of the model of a professional specialist in the field of psychological assistance revealed experimentally tested psychological and pedagogical conditions of optimization technology, and becoming the subject of personal and professional self-development in the process of training students of psychology to psychocorrection activity.
