The work contains the theoretic foundations, methodical concepts and the results of empirical analysis of certain problem. The role structure of personality of teacher of initial classes includs rolev positions of "connoisseur of child's psychology", "fasilitator", "tutor", "didactor", "partner", "nurse". The role types of teacher of initial classes are characterized the association of such groups of role positions, as a "psychologist" ("connoisseur of child's psychology" and "fasilitator"), "teacher" ("didactor" and "tutor"), and "social" ("partner" and "nurse"), prevailing is a "psichologist - social - teacher".
