Thesis solves the problem of determining the pathogenic valid on combined injury factors homeostasis considering their dependence on age-related changes and the nature of adaptation mechanisms of mechanical injury in old patients, the severity of their injuries and their course. It is shown that the compensation mechanisms of functioning of these systems in the body depend on the starting assess these patients by APACHE II. In response of the organism to mechanical damage defined forms of clinical disorders that reflect the functional state of homeostasis as compensated, subcompensated and decompensated. Leading markers that are thus informative for a long time and characterize the cardiovascular system is ejection fraction, сreatine kinase-MB fractions high-density lipoprotein, the immune system - CD3 +, T-theophilinsensetive lymphocytes, complement, immunoglobulin A, hemostasis - index of the protrombinum, antitrombinum III, fibrinolysis. Found that addition of cardioprotectors, endotрelioprotectors, step long thrombomonoprophylaxis complications antihomotoxic therapy reduced the number of cardiac and immunoinflammatory complications and length of stay of patients in ICU, significantly reducing mortality in any assessment of the starting by APACHE II.
