It was reviewed the research methodology of corporate strategies in the global investment environment, trends and modern features of investment globalization. It was also analyzed the basic concepts of companies internationalization and the theories of direct foreign investments on the basis of their origin and synthesis. It was summarized the existing international investments and micro- macrostrategies of development. In the thesis it was investigated the genesis and development prospects of the modern paradigm of economic globalization. Received further development phased identification of quality traits and characteristics of globalization in the investment field and identified contradictory nature and the asymmetry of globalization investment. Here were identified approaches to investment incentives of corporate entities of the global market. It was analyzed the dynamics and trends in global infrastructure investment. There was developed the methodological approach to assess the investment potential of corporate business entities. It was defined the investment management features of global corporations and factors providing the investment global leadership of TNC. It was analyzed the conditions and peculiarities of the Ukrainian economy and formation process of national system of corporate management. Here was provided evaluation of international investment strategies of the Ukrainian corporations. In the thesis was developed the approaches to the formation of an integration strategy of the Ukrainian corporate structures for development cooperation with transnational corporations.
