Essay

The object of study - modular assembly production. The purpose - improving effectiveness use of modular automated flexible assemblage products scientific techno-logical base by applying an iteration-recurrent modular design techniques processes and modular equipment with accessories. Methods - basic scientific principles tech-nology of machine building, automated assembly processes, systems analysis, graph theory, computer modeling, graph theory, the theory of accuracy, performance and reliability of heuristic forecasting. The novelty is to identify the dynamic relationships between the elements that form the life cycle of factory-made goods in terms of the design of modular processes, equipment and organization of assembly production of the conditions of its computer-integrated phase of development of a new method of developing modular assembly process, which is based on a description of constructional technological properties of the product in the three hierarchical levels of structuring: structural, technological and organization, to establish a hierarchical structure model of the System of process modules, modular assembly process and conversion with a common mathematical framework that allows the сall formalize their choices and solve optimization task. To lay the results of scientific and technological bases of the modular flexible automated assembly products for the needs of the machine building industry in Ukraine.
