Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical and methodological grounds of the introduction of professional computer training of persons with visual impairments in vocational and higher education establishments. Their methodological, conceptual fundamentals were based and developed a pedagogical technology. Identified factors of vocational training for the Visually Impaired and blind of user computers; a model of continuous professional computer training subjects with vision impairments on the basis of psychological and pedagogical characteristics of their training has been worked out.
