The paper reveals the theoretical and methodological approaches to study the phenomenon of women's health, including its reproductive component in psychological science. Reveals multicomponent modern understanding of general and reproductive health. Displaying bilateral relationship between somatic and psychological components of reproductive health, proved multifactor effect of various factors on the level of violations of reproductive function in women. Shown the influence of individual characteristics and psychological characteristics of women in their reproductive health status and effectiveness of reproductive function. The necessity, proposed and tested program of psychosocial care for women at different stages of their reproductive areas. Proved a positive influence on the formation of an effective program of reproductive behavior, emotional stabilization and improvement of women's reproductive health.
