Nikitina M. Black Sea Vector of the Geoeconomic Strategy of Ukraine in the Context of the Global Regionalization Development

The object of this study is the formation of the Black vector geo-economic strategy of Ukraine in the context of global regionalization. The aim of the thesis is to develop a theoretical and methodological basis for the formation geo-economic strategy of economic development of the global regionalization and on this basis - the integrity of the scientific concept of development of the strategic Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Methods: dialectical knowledge, the method of system-structural analysis, induction and deduction method for establishing cause-and-effect relationships, systemic approach, comparison, economic and statistical analysis, etc. Theoretical results: are to identify new research directions of global regionalization, the development of the concept of formation of Black vector geo-economic strategy of Ukraine. Bottom line: consists in the fact that they are the scientific basis for the development of a national strategy for engagement with the countries of the Black Sea. Scientific novelty: for the first time: еhe scientific and methodological and conceptual and theoretical basis for the development of international economic activity in a global regionalization through the use of geo-economic development strategy; the concept of strategic development of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in the global regionalization; improved: the system approaches to the formation of geo-economic strategy of Ukraine in the context of the integration of the countries of the Black Sea, the systematization of economic concepts and theories of global regionalism for logic-consistent evolution; taxonomic model of global regionalism; theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of geo-economic policies as a new geopolitical paradigm of development; methodological approach to build geo-economic strategy of the government; according to the definition timing of economic development of the deepening of the regional integration processes; systematization of design principles geo structures; were further developed: the definition of the key category of geo-economic study of the development process of the architectonics of the world and the global regionalization; the conceptual basis for the formation of geo-economic model of the Black Sea. The degree of implementation: the results of research are implemented in the sector: the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Crimean Scientific Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Regional Development Agency of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Simferopol City Council, "Chernomorneftegas" as well as in the educational process of the Tauride National University named after Vernadsky.
