Education responsibility is being analyzed as social institute which provides the process and outcome of the acquiring a certain amount of knowledge by a person, forming of his competences, ideology and culture. It is proved that education should actively promote a new value system of society- an open, variable, spiritually and culturally filled, tolerant, able to ensure the formation of a citizen and patriot, consolidate society on the basis of priority of individual rights, reducing social inequality. It is considered the responsible state educational policy in the educational sector, the essence of meaningful educational accountability of educational institutes and the responsibility in the teachers training sector. Structured accountability in education for its subjects was developed, mayor liability and the assurance imperative for each subject was defined. Subject-subjective dimension of responsibility, awareness of own level of freedom and responsibility in educational and tutorial process by each subject were clearly defined. The architecture of disciple and student responsibility in the context of their academic freedom, educational process discipline improvement, academic honesty and the role of student self-government was elaborated. Scientific integral and humanitarian integral part of the educational process as a basis to ensure proper social and cultural accountability of education were defined.
