Dissertational work is devoted the decision of a new actual scientific and techni-cal problem of the guaranteed resolution in real time polyconflicts of collision of open set of aircrafts, which purposefully freely move in the modern limited aeronavigation space, and achievement provision to the purpose with them. For the first time the system concept of energetic-potential traffic control of air-crafts in the conditions of free flight and polyconflicts of collision and the energetic-potential method of the guaranteed polyconflicts resolution of aircrafts are developed. The methods allow to solve a problem "dimension damnations" and to avoid "domino effects" at the difficult conflicts resolution of collision of open set of aircrafts, to synthe-size in real time effective free conflict-free trajectories of aircrafts movement in 4-D space subject to expenditure of energy for their realization, and also subject to priority and a functional condition of aircrafts. The approach to creation of the virtual aeronavigation environment on the basis of virtual symmetric gravitational potentials properties use is offered. The method of syn-thesis of artificial gravitational fields virtual meters for the polyconflicts resolution of aircrafts collision and the method of "the sliding weight" are developed. The methods allow is guaranteed to synthesize and predict conflict-free trajectories of aircrafts free flight under conditions of minimization of expenditure of energy for their realization, and also to discount static and dynamic obstacles and restrictions in aeronavigation space. It is offered structure with four levels of system of traffic control of aircrafts in the conditions of free flight and polyconflicts. This structure from uniform system posi-tions allows to solve complex problems of organizational provision of processes of air traffic control of aircrafts.
