The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of the optimized medical aid for chil-dren and mothers as well its implementation in Ukraine. The research is relevant under the present situation Ukraine is living through with deterioration of the integrated health indica-tors of mothers and children having become an increasingly growing problem. The budget-ing being limited, there is an urgent need to restructure pediatric and obstetric facilities and develop more effective medical and organizational technologies.
