Shpakovych O. The development of legal mechanism of realization of acts by organs of international organizations.

The thesis deals with the study of mechanisms of legal acts of international organizations. In the paper the Study of the law of international organizations, including the legal nature of acts of international organizations as a relatively new aspect of the research finding in the field of international law is described. The thesis determined international law and national-level legal acts of international organizations and features of the mechanism of legal regulation. The features of acts of international organizations in the domestic legal order of the Member States, as well as the current state of Legal Cooperation of Ukraine with the most reputable organizations such as the Council of Europe and the European Union are analyzed.
