Essay

The dissertation systematizes and analyses for the first time the specific of system applied for the creation of art educational institutes in aspects of integration process taking place in Ukrainian culture during the twentieth century. The notion of investigated object is determined and social functions with specific of socio-cultural dynamic of professional art education are also emphasized in presented scientific research. The main trends of integration process and place in it occupied by art educational establishments during different periods of their development are examined with the following divisions: the end of the ninetieth century - nineties of the 20th century. Main attention is devoted on the merits of centralized management in culture that had positive and negative effects in the activities of art institutions. Creative, intelligent, artistic, institutional cooperation between Ukrainian historical space and European cultural continuum, which has become the foundation for correct integrating of national culture education system in the world cultural space caused by globalization processes in the world are studied with purpose to emphasize the need to preserve national specificities and regional achievements of Ukrainian culture.
