Dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of globalization of education and determining essence, substantializing methodological and philosophical meaning, stages, directions of the becoming of information pedagogy in the context of globalization and its impact on the formation of independent creative personality. Objective conditionality and the need for informatization of education as the only means of high-speed data transmission, intensification of educational process, increasing the volume of knowledge, improvement of efficiency of pupils' and students' performance control, expanding intellectual capacities of members of educational process were revealed.
