Torichnyy О. Theoretical and methodical principles of formation of military special competence of future officers-borderguards in the process of studying.

In the thesis the fundamental research of methods of formation of military special competence of future officers-borderguards in the process of their studying has been carried out. The pedagogical conception of organization of continuous education of future officers-borderguards in order to improve military special competence has been developed; its characteristics, stages and main levels have been distinguished. In the process of the research the pedagogical system of formation of military special competence of future officers-borderguards while studying has been scientifically substantiated and implemented; also its graphical model has been designed. With the purpose of enhancing the level of formation of military special competence the author has examined the methodical principles. The necessity of application of active training methods has been substantiated; and the complex of simulation and non-simulation methods influencing upon the process of military special competence formation has been determined. There has been developed the methodical courseware of its implementation into the educational process. It has been proved that there is a possibility of development of military special competence of officers obtaining of the educational and qualification level of «specialist», «master» at the faculty of training of border managerial personnel. In the process of research the author has been discovered the pedagogical reserves of propaedeutic stage of formation of military special competence.
