Tkachuk T. Psychology of coping-behaviour construction of the future and existing specialist tax service

As a result of empirical research of the features of the tax service coping specialists and the peculiarities of the functioning of the coping-resources affiliation, locus-control in the sphere of failures, industrial relations and general locus-control that tend to increase during the training and professional socialization, observed an increase in the frequency of choice active coping-strategies such as "solving problems" and "search of social support"; characterized by three types of their coping-behaviour construction: constructive, restricted- constructive, non- constructive. The study revealed regularities of the development of coping conduct of future specialists of the tax service. It is defined that in conditions of the educational process as a result of solution of the critical situations it had improved personal resources and strategic lines of coping-behaviour of the future tax authorities. Regularities of the development of coping existing specialist tax service consist of their ability to develop and consolidate personal resources and effective coping-strategies that improve their ability to implement coping-behaviour construction in specific situations professional activities in the conditions of practical activities.
