Oliynik S. Theoretical substantiation and development of low-cost technology of beef cattle breeding in the central region of Ukraine

The object of researches is Rise of efficiency of production of beef at application of small a new expenditure technology of growing of animals. Purpose of researches - theoretical ground and development it is small to expenditure technology of growing of cattle on a meat in the central region of Ukraine. Methods of researches - ethological, zootechnic, haematological, histological, physical and chemical, physical, economic-mathematics. Results of researches - For a theory: First, on the basis of comprehensive and deep researches of adaptation-morphological, ethological and productive properties of animal, indexes of meat productivity of sapling the scientific ground of new conceptual positions is conducted about possibility of the use of conducts reactions of cattle as a technological constituent at development of the improved small expenditure system of growing of bull-calves on a meat. For practice: Possibility of the use of the grounded optimum ethological parameters of conduct of sapling of cattle is experimentally proved at growing on a meat opens a way to forming of modern technological direction in production of high-quality beef - the use of the desired type of forage conduct of animals as a technological making innovative system of growing of cattle which is developed in obedience to the requirements of organic production and had the large value pertaining to national the economy. The sphere of the use is the agricultural enterprises of Ukraine.
