The object of study is the formation of the imperatives of international knowledge transfer in the system of global scientific and technological transformations. The aim of the thesis is the scientific study of theoretical and methodological imperatives of international knowledge transfer and on this basis - developing a coherent scientific concept of technological transformation of economic systems in a global knowledge transfer. Research methods:abstract method of logical analysis, systemic-structural, economic and statistical analysis of economic-mathematical modeling and so on. Theoretical results: the scientific problem solving conceptual knowledge dialectical nature and evolution of the international transfer of knowledge through the development of scientific recommendations on the imperatives of innovation transforming economies in the global scientific and technological cooperation. Bottom Line: lies in the fact that the theoretical and methodological principles, and research findings and practical recommendations of the thesis is a scientific basis for the development of innovative strategies in the context of the country's influence modern scientific and technological transformations.
