Dissertation is devoted a scientific ground and introduction in Ukraine of the optimized system of stomatology orthopaedic help. Research actuality is conditioned a situation which was folded in Ukraine on the modern stage, in particular by a tendency to worsening of the state of stomatology health of population which on 80% needs stomatology orthopaedic help at the insufficient budgetary financing and to the use of out-of-date technologies, that requires the ground of effective medical-organization technologies.
