Essay

The thesis presents theoretical generalization and a new solution of an important scientific problem - future professionals' motivating to learning - within a system-synergetic approach. The concept of holistic learning motivation as self-deterministic systems and methods of its diagnosis and optimization are presented. There essence is that the main content structure components of motivation learning is not only is part of the system, but it appears one of the levels of its organization. Properties motivating learning as presented in the three-pillar system construct - a system, metasystem, subsystem. The model of learning motivation of the individual as self-deterministic phenomenon, which basis vectors are a need for self-actualization, self (self-acceptance) and the prospect of a professional future is proposed. A structure and dynamics of the systematic leveled organization of students' academic motivation, specified in empirical studies, as well as empirical description of academic motivation as a holistic and synergistic phenomenon are explicated. The obtained results form a basis for the author's model to provide self-development motivation creation and professional development of future specialists, where the main emphasis is not given to traditional psychological & pedagogical support for students' learning process, but it is given to creation of an educational environment based on the principle of mutual relations between human capabilities and educational environment.
