Thesis is dedicated to the solution of important scientific issues - identify resource hearing-speech communication.Solution to the problem was made possible through the use of physiological research developed by psychophysiological model hearing-speech of human communication by using a systematic approach. The developed model tested on humans as with normal hearing-speech system and in its violation, causing communication deficits and a negative attitude toward society were evolving entitie as part of the communicative space. It is shown that audiometric deafness is irreversible, and existing resource allows a person to not add to the world of the deaf, and remain in the world of sounds. Study on the brainstem reaction by objectiv impedans method allows you to judge the quality of the subsequent articulation without the need to communicate with the spacecraft. In order to improve the informativeness of the playback speech invited to explore the speech clarity when using the fixed array of tests that would significantly improve the methodological possibilities of speech audiometry method. As electrical signals, you can use not only as a diagnostic agent, but as a procedure that improves comprehension, as well as reduces the sensation of noise in the ears. The range of acoustical field is irrelevant. Thе psychophysiological model is communicative cycle "sound - hearing - brain - communicative action".
