The thesis is devoted in solving the actual problem - surgical rehabilitation of patients with temporary colostomy by developing and implementing surgical tactics, which includes complex program for the prevention of postoperative complications which significantly provide improvement in the results of reconstructive operations on the colon and the quality of life in the patients. The adverse outcomes of surgery, complicated with the formation of single -barreled colostomy and the results of further reconstructive operations on the colon are analyzed. The design with the formation of single-barreled colostomy mostly the defect in the operative technique with risk factors that affect the numbers of paracolostomy complications are illustrated. The risk factors for anastomotic suture dehiscence and other postoperative complications during reconstructive operations on the colon .has been registered. This proposed surgical approach that allows reducing the number of paracolostomy complications from 29,69% to 10,42%: earlier from 11,72% to 6,67%, bate complycatione -from 17,97% to 3,75%, post-operative early complications from 23,07% tо 12,89%.
