Petrashko L. Corporate responsibility in global management paradigm

The dissertation paper is focused on a systematic study of theoretical and practical problems of global corporate responsibility and the transcendent factors of the world's sustainable development. Moreover, the dominants and the transcendental factors of the sustainable civilizational development, such as evolution of global management concepts, definition of human capital as a key factor of economic development, argumentation of the global sustainable development opportunities and risks balance, clarification of the universality of global corporate influence and control, which emphasize the necessity for transformation of contemporary understanding of global corporate responsibility. The paper examines the modern methodology of global corporate responsibility including the conceptualization of corporate responsibility interpretation and transnational responsibility in the stakeholders' theory. The formation of the basics of responsible corporate leadership in the global business is analyzed. Furthermore, the dissertation studies the cross-cultural specifics of corporate responsibility models development. The work also distinguishes the background, tendencies and unique characteristics of the corporate responsibility system establishment in Ukraine. Therefore, the conceptual design of the national corporate responsibility mode is argued for. The new corporate responsibility imperatives for corporations of the next generations are developed. The specifics of the corporate culture formation as psychological and social infrastructure of the new era corporations were researched.
