The object - competitive activity in motor sport, the goal - theoretical and methodological rationale for the organization, management and control of the security of competitive activity in motor sport; methods: library resources, WEB- pages of INTERNET and documentary sources, study and identifying of the best practices, comparison, abstraction and idealization, classification, induction and deduction; theoretical, mathematical and physical modeling, specification of theoretical knowledge, forecasting, planning, systematization, pedagogical supervision; interviews, questionnaires, expert evaluation, ranking method; pedagogical experiment, the methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics; novelty - the sign model has been developed and some patterns of functioning security system of competitive activity in motor sport were identified, as well as the main backbone interconnection between its elements, the magnitude and direction of competitive stress on the racers' body has been set, the factors that contribute to the need for correction and the introduction of additional tasks stages of their long-term improvement of sports have been defined; the regularities of compiling and recording of high-speed rally transcripts have been found out; classification of security measures of competitive activity, patterns of use of artificial control medium for the preparation of racing drivers, as well as the criteria for their selection to the psycho-physiological characteristics have been improved; results -ways of safety improving of competitive activity in the motor sport was scientifically proved; scientific and methodological foundations of special training of racers to competitive loadings and their special stress recovery system was developed; the system of their long-term sporting improvement, methods of preparation of transcripts and rally competitions security plans, as well as requirements for planting were corrected; the methods of racers' special technical training were improved and organization of competition safety with using simulators and modern information positioning technologies, the system of quaulimetric evaluation of the safety level of racing competition was proposed, as well as theoretical and methodological foundations of the content modules on safety for training programs; field - physical education and sport.
