Taranchenko O. Genesis of the national education system of individuals with hearing impairments

The thesis work is dedicated to a historical-pedagogical research of the national education system of individuals with hearing impairments establishment in Ukraine. Stage consistent patterns of prerequisites genesis, this state institution legislative and organization legalization, establishment and development of separate elements of this system up to a contemporary period were deduced in the research. On the basis of a synergetic approach the key factors and determinants that influence over this process are underscored, the specificity of a social and cultural context within the territory of Ukraine was characterized. The look-back analysis of a problem, that had been investigated, afforded ground for the development of an authorial periodization of the genesis of the national education system for individuals with hearing impairments. Predictor ways of modernization and development of the educational system for this category of persons were proposed in the thesis work, and statements of "The development concept of the national education system of individuals with hearing impairments" were elaborated for the short-term.
