The thesis is devoted to the actual issues of consolidation of polyethnic society of Crimea by means of cultural creativity. In the work the features of modern cultural creativity process, specific character of multiculturalism of Crimea in the conditions of modern Ukraine are analysed. The history of philosophical reflections in relation to the phenomenon of cultural creativity and specific character of its actual interpretations in the sphere of humanitarian knowledge, in particular, in culturology is investigated. On the basis of research data the key historical, cultural and philosophical approaches to the comprehension of phenomenon of cultural creativity are distinguished. As the cultural creativity phenomenon in the context of modern intercultural dialogue the cultural identity is considered. Another aspect of analysis of cultural creativity was consideration of dialogical unity of tradition and innovation in the conditions of polyethnicity by means of revealing mechanisms of interaction of tradition and innovation in the dynamics of multiculturalism formation of Crimea. Means of tradition inheritance and innovation formation were studied in the society of Crimea, that proved the existence of two macroethnic groups in the Crimea. In this context the folk creation of the Crimean ethnic groups as a means of managing tradition is of particular interest. Traditional cultural creativity of Slavonic and Turkic peoples of Crimea has the features of typological similarity. Largely identical are proverbs and phraseological units in a number of Slavonic people of Crimea. Considerable identity is also observed in folklore of Turkic peoples. A great number of common motives, characters, plots in fairy-tales of Turkic and Slavonic people are marked. The same situation is revealed in the sphere of musical folklore. The categorical imperative of cultural creativity in the conditions of polyethnic society is education. In this work the Crimean experience of introduction of educational programs and projects aimed at harmonization of interethnic relations is investigated: in spite of their absolute achievements, there is no integral strategy system of multicultural education in Crimea today. In this connection the cultural creativity model of ethnonational education has been developed, focusing not only on harmonization of interethnic relations in the education system of Crimea, but, mainly, on consolidation of Ukrainian nation, creation of integral polyethnic cultural space.
