Prokopyuk O. Cryopreservation of placenta and determination of its effect on late ontogenesis recipients' organism (experimental study).

The object of study - the impact factors of cryopreservation on the morphofunctional state of biological objects placental origin and mechanisms of action in pathological age-related changes . Purpose - to identify the processes in the stages of cryopreservation of biological objects obtained from the placenta 36 - 38 weeks gestation, development of optimal methods for the medical use of cryopreservation and the establishment of basic mechanisms of their effects on the body at the age of pathology. Research methods - cell and tissue biotechnology , clinical and laboratory, clinical and instrumental, ELISA, spectrophotometry, immunohistochemical , biochemical, histological, cultivation in vitro; flow cytometry , electron microscopy, morphometric analysis and statistical analysis of the data . In this paper, there were stated the mechanisms of cryodamage of placental preparations of different degree of disintegration, the methods of cryopreservation, their biological effects and possible side effects, certain mechanisms of their effects on recipients late to study ontogenesis. There were stated the scientific and organization principles of establishing and functioning of low temperature banks for cryopreserved placental biological objects.
