Chuiko O. Psychology of personal growth for future socionomics professionals.

The thesis focuses on individual growth subjects of professional activities of socionomic professionals. A concept of developing a holistic space for psychological and pedagogical growth in higher school has been introduced providing the key emerging attribute, that of personal maturity. This provides quality and achievement in there professional activity. The paper details the psychological theoretical dynamic model for the development of an individual, imitating the concept of concentric circles, which each new circle indicting a new stage in personal development. An empiric data has been collected to demonstrate links between personal and professional development of students socionomic profile in the process of educational attainment. The thesis lays out the outcomes of testing and introduction of nurturing individual maturity's concept based on the principles of action-developmental approach. It proves that personal maturity is key pre-condition and a means of successful self-fulfillment of their professional activity specialists' socionomic professions.
