Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological foundations of individualizing training of fighters based on the natural bias of athletes to the typical style of combat. Based on the analysis of competitive activity, literature and research done for the ist time definite group of typical combat styles (7 styles) in modern freestyle wrestling is defined, the model of genesis of combat style is developed, model characteristics of each of the seven common styles of combat are identified. The theoretical provisions of individualizing training in freestyle wrestling are developed. Based on these grounds the system of individualizing training for fighters is synthesized.
