Hudz A. Medical and socialsupport of system optimization of ophthalmooncology care to the population of Ukraine.

The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and solving of urgent problem of national health care - scientific substantiation of optimizing of the system of ophthalmooncology care for the population of Ukraine by developing a qualitatively new model to optimize its organization. Medical and statistical patterns of morbidity of Ukraine population for malignant tumors of the eye and its appendages are determined. Key established anthropological factors, complex role and the determining contribution to health and social factors, organizational, biological and environmental factors influence in the levels formation for ophthalmooncology morbidity Ukraine are revealed. According to a study data organization of medical care for patients with the most common malignant tumors of the eye and its appendages is standardized, medico-social assessment and rehabilitation of patients is improved, tactic and strategy optimization of the organizational system of ophthalmooncology care in Ukraine is scientifically proved.
