The dissertation deals with theoretical and methodical bases of preparation of the future tutors of pre-school educational establishments to professional activity with deadapted children. On the basis of usage of multi paradigm approach, the conception of preparation of the future tutor of pre-school educational establishments to professional activity has been grounded; its contextual foundation is the author's model, containing three interdependent and complementary subsystems: organization-diagnostic, contextual-active and reflexive-prognostic. The system of preparation of the future tutor to professional activity on the basis of usage of standardized and validated diagnostic methods and information-communicative technologies has been introduced. Structural components of professional readiness of the future tutor to the work with deadapted children under school age (motivation-value, cognitive-technological, information-communicative and reflexive-self-educational) have been determined. Scientific-methodical bases of realization of the author's model have been reproduced and detailed within the pedagogical experiment, which proved effectiveness of the author's model. The results of the research have been introduced into the practice of work of higher educational establishments and pre-school educational establishments of Ukraine.
