The thesis presents a fundamental research of the problem of training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree with the help of distance learning form in educational theory and practice of higher education in Ukraine and abroad. The author explaines the characteristic of categorial-conceptual field of study, outlines the methodological foundations of distance learning form, analyzes the status of distance learning process of training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree in higher educational establishments. The author outlines and defines theoretical and methodological foundations for training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree with the help of distance learning form. An appropriate theoretical and methodological model of training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree for distance learning is designed. Goals and objectives are defined, as well as the approaches and principles for the implementation of the developed model. The author highlights the nature, essense, criteria, characteristics and levels of readiness of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree to the professional activity. The author gives the analysis of modern teaching software and methods for training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree with the help of distance learning form. The author proved experimentally the effectiveness of the developed model for training of teachers of mathematics obtaining the Bachelor's degree with the help of distance learning form in the pedagogical university.
