Essay

Object of research: technological processes of the gear manufacturing krupnosortnyj gears. The research objective is to improve productivity, accuracy and quality of the gear manufacturing krupnosortnyj gears, hardened, by improving technology and kinematics superterrane, development of tools and technological equipment, which will enable to provide predictable quality of the surface layer of the teeth and operational properties of gears. krupnosortnyj wheels that are hardened. Methods of research: the results of the thesis is based on data from the classical experiment technologies mashinobuduvannya that is conducted according to the standard technique. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical principles are based on the fundamental snova theories of mechanical engineering, tribotekhnika, cutting materials, modeling, probability and mathematical statistics. Practical significance of the results is to build an advanced technological processes of high-speed zu-bretheran with the quality of the surface layer and operational characteristics krupnosortnyj gears, hardened, for which was not possible earlier finish subbranch. Scientific novelty: on the basis of comprehensive analysis and generalization of industrial achievements in subob-robs krupnosortnyj gears, hardened, requirements to vaicenavicienes and responsible gears first formulated and implemented the principles of performance, accuracy and quality finishing superterrane at optimization of the structure and parameters of the technological process and scientific growth of requirements for the development of instrumental and technological equipment in terms of restrictions on the quality of the surface layer of the tooth gears; first developed technological means superterrane krupnosortnyj gears, hardened, which could not be implemented on existing equipment due to the lack of opportunities suborna; developed a new technological scheme sveg superterrane krupnosortnyj gears, tempered with providing the quality of the gear manufacturing with use of new technological solutions of the formation of the surface layer, including the role of the rounding radius of a cutting edge tool. The degree of implementation: the research results are implemented at PJSC "NKMZ" (Kramatorsk), LLC "Konstantinovskiy plant of mechanical processing" (Konstantinovka), and also in the educational process of the Department of metal-cutting machines and tools Donbass state machine-building Academy (Kramatorsk).
