Essay

The thesis investigates the nature of the phenomenon of teacher social responsibility in the challenges of information and knowledge society. It is shown that in a global world dynamics an activation of abilities, creativity, professional skills increases the responsibility of the individual, the formation and strengthening of which relies on education. General tendencies and contradictions of the institute of teaching in the context of the historical progress of culture, education, environment and the human condition as a statement of moral, legal and existential foundations of personal responsibility imperative are revealed. Ideological principles of spiritual and moral foundations of discourse ethics and communication containing semantic potential of innovative education needed to transform the student personality on the subject of responsible activity in practices of "knowledge society".
