Thesis is devoted to the study of the basic pathogenesis of skin lesions in HIV-infected patients with AIDS on the basis of studying the role of immunodeficiency and dysbiosis. Found that AIDS patients skin and mucous membranes are observed in more than 80 % of cases, especially at the third (32.52 %) and IV (66.4 %) HIV infection with equal frequency in men and women, often in aged 30-40 years. In the structure of the skin disease is most common candidiasis of the mouth, esophagus (82.26 %), candidiasis of the internal organs (13.71 %), oropharyngeal candidiasis (11.83 %), chronic herpes infection (33.87 %), EBV(Epstein-Barr virus)-infection (15.05 %), TOXO(Toxoplasma)-infection (24.73 %), CMV(Cytomegalovirus)-infection (32.53 %), smooth skin mycosis (2.96 %), KS (2.45 %), onychomycosis of the hands (2,15 %). The skin lesions are found depending on the degree of immunosuppression: the amount of reducing CD4 T-lymphocytes at least 200 l-1 increases the incidence and severity of skin disease in AIDS patients. AIDS patients in morphological studies in areas of intact skin revealed a number of features of their structure. In fact the skin is marked alternation of regions with an ordered (net) beam arrangement of fibrous and muscle fibers and areas where this ordering blurred. The vast majority of the fibers - eosinophilic. It is characteristic lymphoid infiltration and disruption of the microcirculation. Microscopic examination revealed no visual epidermis clear division into layers. Prebiotic dermatoprotektiv effect in experimental immunodeficiency was established. 250 mg/kg dose injection dependently improves safety systems, restores the level of leucocytes in the peripheral blood and eliminates symptoms of systemic inflammation, reducing the degree of inflammation and dysbiosis of the skin and increasing the level of antimicrobial and antioxidant protection and normalizing the morphological structure of the skin and mucous membranes.
