Essay

In the dissertation, the concept of recreational and health-related activities for different population groups is substantiated and developed with the aim to meet their leisure needs, to increase the volume of physical activity and to fill comprehensively the free time. The concept includes theoretical and practical components. The theoretical component contains conceptual approaches underlying purpose, objectives, principles and conditions for its implementation. The practical one includes technology for designing recreational and health-related activity, which provides experimentally substantiated forms, means and methods of the activities of different population groups; take into account the principles of design, pedagogical conditions for effective implementation of its content in schools, children's camps, health and fitness clubs.
